（1）Strict responsibility tracing system shall be implemented for customer complaints. Customer's product quality complaints and service quality complaints shall be traced back to the final responsible person, and the handling and improvement results shall be fed back to customers in a timely manner;
（2）Provide lifelong technical support for all products of the company;
（3）Respond within 24 hours after receiving the repaired products, and issue the test report within 48 hours. During the warranty period, products with quality problems shall be repaired free of charge; beyond the warranty period, only material fees shall be charged for repair. General faults shall be repaired within 72 hours, and special difficult faults shall be repaired within 168 hours;
（4）Provide customers with timely, comprehensive and accurate product information, installation guidance and use training;
（5）Provide professional on-site service for customers;
（6）Regular customer return visit and technical exchange;
（7）Provide sufficient spare parts for project customers;
一、Technical level
Sinier technical service department provides all kinds of professional instrument services for users. There are 15 full-time technicians in the Department, all of whom have bachelor's degree or above in engineering. The average working experience in the industry is more than 3 years, 80% of whom have junior and intermediate engineer titles.
The company has technical platform. In terms of hardware, the company has built an advanced manufacturing center covering an area of 20000m2, with various large-scale precision processing devices. In terms of software, the R & D team has 19 employees, all of whom are high-end technical talents above master's degree. It is ready to provide users with reliable instrument solutions for complex and difficult industrial sites.
The company has long-term in-depth cooperation with international first-line instrument brands to ensure that when there are problems with imported products on site, it can help users solve them quickly and reliably.
二、Calibration device
The company has large-scale liquid and gas calibration devices at the same time, both of which are independently developed and manufactured, and have obtained the device verification certificate issued by China Academy of metrology.
The calibration range of the liquid calibration device is dn6-2000mm, the maximum calibrated flow is 9000m3, and the overall uncertainty of the device is 0.05%.
The calibration range of the gas calibration device is dn10-300mm, the maximum calibrated air volume is 7000m3, and the overall uncertainty of the device is 0.33%.
The company has undertaken the manufacturing and maintenance of calibration devices of many authoritative metrology supervision institutions and large enterprises, such as Jiangsu Metrology Institute, Zhejiang Metrology Institute, Nanjing Metrology Institute, Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical, etc
